What can you expect from a day with Sai Veda?

Connect deeply with your spiritual self through our transformative practices. Enjoy a thoughtfully planned daily routine featuring Satvik Bhojan meals and rejuvenating yoga sessions. Our retreat includes all meals, ensuring your nourishment is taken care of. Additionally, we offer guided sightseeing tours of the beautiful surroundings in Haridwar and Rishikesh, allowing you to explore and connect with the local culture and natural beauty.

Yoga (Professional Teacher)  -  6:00 to 7:30 AM 

Starting the day right with a revitalizing yoga routine guided by our dedicated instructor. Embrace each pose, breathe deeply, and feel the harmony of mind and body. Our instructor emphasizes the importance of mindful breathing, guiding us to connect deeply with each movement and find inner calm.

Breakfast -  8:30 to 9:45 AM 

Before Breakfast , You Will Get Kadha , Hot Water , Green Tea and Tea. Healthy Breakfast Will Includes Fruit Sprouts , Mix Veg , Pranthe , Poha , Upma , Tea , Coffee , Achaar , Sweet Daliya. 

Yagya Hawan - 10 :15 to 11:00 AM

Yagya Hawan, a sacred ritual that enriches our routine with spiritual significance. Guided by ancient Vedic traditions, this ceremonial fire invokes blessings of peace, prosperity, and harmony. As the flames dance and offerings are made, we come together in reverence, seeking purification of mind and spirit.

Lunch - 01:00 to 02:30 PM

Our lunch routine is a celebration of flavors, featuring a variety of dishes that are as nutritious as they are delicious. From vibrant salads bursting with fresh ingredients to hearty main courses that satisfy the soul. Our Lunch Menu Will Includes Daal, Sabji, Raita, Chach, Dahi, Chatni, Rice, Tawaroti ,Salad .

Evening - 5:00 PM

Embracing the calming ritual of green tea—a daily practice that rejuvenates mind and body. Every Evening, You Will Get a cup of antioxidant-rich green tea, Tea , Biscuits , Shakes savoring its delicate flavor and soothing warmth.

Musical Meditation , Dance , Kirtan - 6:00  to  7:30 PM

Embracing the transformative power of musical meditation—a daily ritual that harmonizes mind, body, and spirit. Combining the therapeutic benefits of music with the mindfulness of meditation, this practice helps alleviate stress, enhance focus, and cultivate emotional well-being.

Dinner - 8:00 to 9:00 PM

Embracing the purity and balance of Satvik Bhojan in our dinner routine .We prepare wholesome meals using fresh, seasonal (Vegetables) ingredients that are light, nutritious, and thoughtfully combined to promote inner harmony. Our Satvik Bhojan Includes Brinjal Sabji , Loki Sabji , Paneer , Dal , Chatni , Papad , Tawaroti .

End the day with the comforting ritual of milk and jaggery—a tradition that nourishes both body and soul. This soothing combination not only delights the palate but also provides a natural source of energy and relaxation.

Tuesday and Friday

On Tuesdays and Fridays, we savor the simplicity and nourishment of Khichdi , Gur & Milk—a wholesome tradition that brings comfort and balance to our week. This nutritious dish, made from rice and lentils, is cooked with gentle spices and seasonal vegetables, creating a harmonious blend of flavors and textures.
